Patchstop is dedicated to providing a wonderful and satisfying shopping experience from start to finish and further. Please contact us if you received items you are not completely satisfied with.
Returning New & Unused items
If you are unsatisfied with one or more of the items you purchased, please return it to Patchstop.com within 30 days of purchasing. Returned products must be returned unused and in the same, brand-new condition it was received.
Returned items must be shipped using prepaid postage, we do not accept C.O.D. returns. You may use your own shipping method, we advise you to use a shipping method with tracking. We are not responsible for items returned and lost during shipping or not delivered to the following address:

Upon receiving your returned item, the original account charged will be refunded in the amount paid for that item. Please note, shipping charges are only refunded if the item is returned due to a manufacturing defect.
Returns After 30 Days
If you are returning an item 30 days after it was purchased, please return the item using the same methods described above.
Upon receiving your returned item, you will be notified of a credit placed on your account at Patchstop.com, in the amount originally paid for that item. Please note, shipping charges are only refunded or credited if the item is returned within 30 days and due to a manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received any items that are or appear to be damaged, defective or worn, please contact us immediately and we will assist you right away in replacing that item.
Incorrect Items Received & Incomplete Orders
We all make mistakes, and if you receive your order and it appears we have made a mistake on your order, sent you the wrong item, or any items are missing from your order, please contact us immediately and we will make sure the incorrect items are replaced and your order is completed to your 100% satisfaction.
Shipping Damages
In the event that your package was damage during shipping, please make sure that all of the contents of the order are present and contact the shipping carrier. We also would like for you to contact us immediately, to make us aware of the matter.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Papa Patches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Returns
- You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@papapatches.com to request a return authorization number.
- Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return your item(s) to us.
- Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size, color, or design, please contact our customer service team at Orders@papapatches.com to request an exchange authorization number.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit for the returned item(s).
- Similar to returns, shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
Exceptions
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
